What is link reclamation?

When you have a page on a social media site, or any other website that speaks about your product or service, you can use link reclamation to get backlinks from those mentions. It's fairly simple: find somebody who has already mentioned you and ask them to add a link in their post that backs up what they are saying.

This is a tactic that you can use to earn quality backlinks from websites that are highly authoritative, search engines friendly and worth having a presence on. All you really have to do is find people who have already mentioned your brand, products, and services somewhere online and politely ask them to insert your link in that mention.
